My favorite way to work out: SoulCycle addict!
5 things I can’t live without: My hubby Dino, my 95+ pairs of sneakers, Lululemon (everything), my Garmin Forerunner 910 XT, The Bachelor & Bachelorette franchise, and popcorn. (OK, that’s six things!)
On my fitness bucket list: Climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro and completing a Half-Ironman.
I’m happiest when I’m: Wearing Lululemon, a pair of bright Nike sneakers and working out.
My fitness mantras: “You swam in the Hudson River—therefore you really can do anything.”–NYC Triathlon 2009, 2010 & 2012

My favorite way to work out: Crunches on the stability ball! I don’t even count; I just press play on a new song and try to crunch until it’s over.
On my fitness bucket list: Learning tennis—and getting good at it!
I’m happiest when I’m: Getting a massage. That’s HEAVEN for me.
My biggest motivator/My motivation comes from: I was really into gymnastics during my entire childhood and teen years…and it’s the kind of sport that makes you set the bar high for yourself, long after you’ve taken off the grips. Cheesy, but true.
Olympic sport I’d love to try: The half-pipe! I’d probably break every bone in my body, but it looks really cool.

My favorite way to work out: Turning up the heat with a cardio kickboxing class!
5 things I cant live without: Peanut butter and fluff sandwiches, my dog Dolce, great friends and family, granny smith apples, and my ipod
My biggest indulgence: I probably shouldn’t share this with you but… I LOVE “The Jersey Shore”! I can’t live without it on Thursday nights! And with a red velvet cupcake…I’m in heaven!
On my fit life list: To run the New York Marathon
My “I Did It” moment: Obtaining my AAFA Kickboxing certification—I love teaching group fitness classes!

My favorite way to work out: Taking new classes at the gym to switch it up and learn new moves
5 things I can’t live without: Coffee, a reusable water bottle I take with me everywhere, my iPod, chocolate, and good reading material
On my fit life list: Run a 5k in under 30 minutes, learn to box and finally learn to ride a bike (I never did!)
My biggest indulgence: A slice of cheesecake or tiramisu – or both!
My gym bag must-have: Makeup-removing face wipes for a quick clean-up post-workout

My favorite way to work out: Running with some good tunes. Some people get bored easily but this is my go-to stress fix not to mention I see results almost immediately!
My biggest indulgence: Pizza! And wine, preferably together?
On my fitness bucket list: Surfing…even though I’m lacking in the coordination department.
My “I Did It” moment: Completing the NYC Marathon 7 minutes under my goal time.
Most embarrassing song I’ll admit I work out to: Really, really awful techno music that would make you think I’m the newest cast member of the Jersey Shore cast. Hey, whatever works right?

My favorite way to work out: DVDs! I have so many that a perfect in-home workout for any mood or goal is always just steps away.
My biggest indulgence: A weekend brunch of whole-wheat pancakes with fresh fruit
My biggest motivator: My Mom! She’s always in my corner encouraging me to be the best “me” I can be.
Most embarrassing song I’ll admit I work out to: I jam along with the entire collection of *NSYNC albums. I was one big Justin Timberlake fan in junior high!
Olympic sport I’d love to try: Gymnastics. During the ‘96 Olympics, I made a balance beam on my floor with duct tape so that I could play along! The elegance and athleticism of the sport inspires me.

My favorite way to work out: Running and spinning are my two faves, but I won’t ever turn down a good pickup soccer game. I’m also really into hot power yoga right now, and I love trying out new-to-me classes. I fully believe in moving out of your comfort zone!
5 things I can’t live without: All workout essentials (that counts as one thing, right?), peanut butter, blogging, magazines, and my friends and family.
On my fitness bucket list: My biggest goal is to run a half-marathon or marathon in every state before I’m 30. But I also really want to go paragliding, take a trapeze class, learn how to surf, run in a relay race like Hood to Coast and finish a Tough Mudder course.
My fitness mantra:“You’ll never regret a workout.” I repeat this to myself whenever I have trouble getting out of my comfy bed for a sweat session, and it works every time!
Most embarrassing song I’ll admit I work out to: “Wannabe” by Spice Girls and anything by the Backstreet Boys. I can’t help but get a goofy smile whenever these tunes pop on – I relive all of the memories with my high school friends and college roommate!

My favorite way to work out: Lacing up a pair of sneaks, turning up the tunes and hitting the open road! Although I’m a running addict, I’d never turn down a fun boot camp, Vinyasa class or chance to shred the slopes.
5 things I can’t live without: Friends/family, crunchy almond butter, Mizuno running sneakers, my watch (I’m ridiculously punctual) and Pinterest.
My fave fit snack: Popcorn! I make it every night on the stove with coconut oil.
My fitness mantra: “If everything seems under control, you’re just not going fast enough,” Mario Andretti.
My biggest motivator: My parents, who have been on the sidelines (literally and figuratively) cheering me on every step of the way.
